Community Guidelines

  • This online community is a group of individuals who share a common thread: open-mindedness.
  • Comments should be made and received with positive intent, kindness, and respect.
  • Commenters can provide feedback, ask questions, leave tips and tricks, and even engage with one another.
  • Read, watch, and participate critically, with evidence where possible.
  • Commenters are welcome to direct others to the link page where their link has been approved safe to click.
    • If they do not get their link approved, commenters must only direct through name of website and keywords
(Links must be sent through the contact page where a link will be sent back with approval to the agreeing parties).
    • Links that have not been approved safe by moderators are not allowed.
  • This is a space of learning and growing, as such, all commenters are expected to treat others as they would want to be treated.
  • Lively debate can be done respectfully, distaste and disagreement with an idea must not translate to abusive or creepy behavior.
  • Any comments containing abusive, discriminatory, or any other form of inappropriate/hateful content will be removed promptly, and the user will receive a week-long suspension.
  • There is a two strikes rule:
    • If one is warned for their behavior once, they will be suspended for a week.
    • They are to heed this with the same openness they joined with, as the user will be permanently banned at the second strike.

This list of guidelines was made to be clear, consistent, with easy to understand repercussions. As such, the above links are where I found inspiration to write this page. Special thanks to Professor Kris Vera-Phillips at ASU for her guidance.
